As we build out our dream facility we will begin to work with clients in a temporary space in the 18 Tremont Street building.  The owner has been generous enough to afford me the use of this space during the build out and in general we can do anything in here we will be doing in the facility with the exception of things that make noise (eg medicine ball slams, heavy deadlifts, etc.).  But for the most part we will be fully functioning.The space is roughly 2,000 square feet and has several changing rooms and plenty of space for activities!  There are a men’s and women’s room right outside the door and as a bonus we have access to private locker rooms and showers in the building!

Lindsay and moved in most of the functional equipment last weekend so we are ready to have you come in and train!  Here are a few pics that we took of move in day:

We have everything we need to get started but there is much, MUCH more equipment on the way!  Two pieces I am looking forward to getting in are the Hip Thruster and Assault bike!  Check em out:

We also have a brand new treatment table where I will be doing all of our assessments and some targeted corrective work.

Don’t worry, the sled is here too and there is plenty of room to push (and pull) it!

Each program will include targeted soft tissue work including foam rolling, lacrosse balls and using the Tiger Tail to help you instantly move and feel better during your training and just in general.

I’ve upgraded my suspension trainers as well and still have TRX but I picked up a couple of sleek new Jungle Gym XT suspension trainers as well!

And to christen the new space, Lindsay had to be the first to get her workout on!
