At First Guess Fitness, we dont charge for the hour of personal training, but more so build a personalized plan for you providing the support you need to reach your goals.
Even better, we dont hold you to lengthy contracts, but instead build the plan around monthly subscriptions that allow us to adapt and change as you gain confidence and more experience.

There are a lot of factors that will determine the type of results you will get from personal training. Our genetics, training history, lifestyle will all influence the results that we see from our training program.
However, what we can almost always guarantee is that after 60 minutes you will feel better, after 6 weeks you will notice big physiological shifts with your fitness i.e. strength, cardio vascular, mobility etc.
You, and those around you, will notice physical change anywhere from 6,12 to 36 weeks from consistent training and application of good nutritional practices.

Results will vary, however, when applying the principles of scientifically verified methods of building muscle and burning fat, we know that you can bring about a positive change to your body composition.
